What to expect
Imagine stepping into a quiet space that’s just for you.
We begin by pausing together, noticing how you’ve arrived — what’s on your mind, how your body feels, what you’re carrying in that moment. This gentle check-in sets the tone, giving us a sense of what you might need today.
From here, the session unfolds at your pace. Sometimes we start with words, sometimes with movement. You might feel called to speak first, or you may sense your body has something to express before any words are ready.
When we turn to movement, it’s simple and open. Music may play, or silence may guide you. There is no choreography, no expectation. You might find yourself swaying, shaking, stretching, or following small impulses — letting your body choose what feels right. These movements can be subtle or expansive, grounding or energising. What matters is that they come from you.
As we move, we pay attention to what arises: sensations in the body, shifts in energy, emotions that surface. There is space to pause, to notice, to breathe. Sometimes these experiences stay with the movement; other times they invite words. That’s when we return to conversation, reflecting together on what emerged and giving shape to the insights your body has offered.
The session closes gently. We gather what’s surfaced — through movement, through words — and allow it to settle. There’s no pressure to resolve everything, the goal is to leave with a little more clarity, grounding, or ease than when you arrived.
Every session is different, because every day you arrive a little differently.
What stays constant is the intention: to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself — honestly, safely, and in your own time.
