Flow sessions are for those who want ongoing support without a set schedule. You choose when to come — whether that’s regularly, occasionally, or in response to a moment that calls for extra care. It’s a place to keep unfolding, deepening, and integrating at your own pace. Some sessions might focus on a specific theme; other times, you simply arrive as you are. Each one is rooted in trust, presence, and meeting you where you are that day.

What sessions can look like
We begin with a short check-in — how are you arriving, and what feels most alive right now? From there, we decide together whether to start with intuitive movement or conversation. These elements weave together naturally: movement might open the door to a truth that becomes words, or words might invite something ready to move.

What intuitive movement looks like
Movement here is guided but unstructured. It could be stillness, gentle swaying, shaking, curling in, or stretching out — whatever feels right for you. You don’t need any dance experience. This is about listening to your body’s cues, with gentle prompts if helpful, and allowing emotions to move through the body rather than staying only in the mind.

Who it’s for
People navigating ongoing personal work, change, or integration, but who prefer the freedom to choose when to come. You might book these after completing a Grounding or Exploration series, alongside other supports, or simply as a way to check in with yourself when you feel the need.
