auri studio was born from a deeply personal journey: the path back to myself that unfolded not in a single moment of clarity, but through a series of experiences that gradually untangled the fog inside.
I spent years trying to understand what I was feeling, moving through patterns I couldn’t quite name, and discovering that understanding alone wasn’t always enough to create change. It was through bringing awareness into the body — noticing tension, movement, breath, and sensation — that something shifted. Over time, that became the heart of this practice.
At auri studio, the goal is to help people reconnect with their inner experience in a way that honours both emotional awareness and body‑based intelligence.
This isn’t traditional therapy, and it isn’t a formula; it’s a way of supporting your emotional wellbeing, stress regulation, and clarity in life by inviting your body into the conversation as much as your mind.
Who I am
My name is Flori, and I am the practitioner behind auri studio.
I grew up in Romania and later made a home in the Netherlands, so I know what it means to navigate life between cultures — learning to carry the richness of my roots while adapting to new ways of being.
Growing up in Romania taught me resilience, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for subtle human connection. It also shaped how I see the world: we are a mix of nature and nurture, of inherited patterns and lived experiences. Some of those patterns lift us up, others weigh us down — and noticing which is which is the first step to moving with more ease.
Over time, I learned how emotions live in the body, how stress shows up as tension, and how small, mindful shifts can make a real difference. I’ve explored these processes on my own journey, and now bring that understanding into my work with others.
My sessions combine compassionate, non‑clinical emotional support with awareness of body and movement, offering a grounded space for exploration, insight, and personal agency. Because no one is broken — we’re just sometimes out of sync with our own rhythm and unsure how to find our way back.
